活动过程中，可能有媒体报道或采访。参加者（包括16岁以下儿童）的照片可能会出现在报道该次活动的公众平台上（包括电视，脸书，推特，YouTube，微信等）。参加者及其监护人对出现在公众媒体上的照片放弃肖像申索权。

Any events is self-agonized with help of  New Hyde Park Chinese Association.  In the event that unlikely occurrence  accident happens, we, NHPCA members, are NOT responsible for any costs incurred by the event attendee. The organizers (NHPCA) do not accept responsibility and expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for:

• Any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended during an event; or
•  Death or any personal injury suffered by you at this event
